  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s in environmental science, sustainability, or related field. Additional certifications in LCA or project management are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in carbon certification, accounting, or related fields, with expertise in methodology development.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of voluntary carbon markets, emission quantification, credit trading, and sustainability issues. Proficiency in data analysis and strong communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written/spoken); additional languages, especially Dutch, are a plus.

Binnendienst medewerker

Als Binnendienst medewerker bij Komercon Assets & Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van het verkoopteam en het zorgvuldig beheren van de administratieve processen met betrekking tot transporten en documenteren van afvaltransport documenten. Je werkt in een klein team en kan, eventueel na een inwerkperiode, zelfstandig werken.

1. Ondersteuning van het Verkoopteam:

  • Assisteren bij het opstellen van offertes en contracten.
  • Onderhouden van klantrelaties en communicatie.

2. Transportbeheer:

  • Boeken en registreren van inkomende en uitgaande transporten.
  • Coördineren van logistieke activiteiten in samenwerking met externe partners.
  • Controle van inkomende en uitgaande facturen.

3. Documentatiebeheer:

  • Bijhouden van alle relevante documenten en archiveren volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Zorgen voor nauwkeurige en tijdige documentatie voor douane- en compliance-doeleinden, inclusief ons ISCC-certificatieproces.

4. Communicatie:

  • Effectieve communicatie met interne teams, klanten en externe logistieke partners.
  • Zowel mondelinge als schriftelijke communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Duits en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Kwalificaties:

    • Minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van Logistiek of Internationale Handel.
    • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Duits en/of Frans is een voordeel.

Waste Coordinator

Komercon B.V., a leading waste management company, is seeking a Waste Coordinator to join our team at our office in Breda. 
The Waste Coordinator will play a vital role in managing and coordinating waste transportation, certification processes, and ensuring compliance with waste management regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in waste management, strong knowledge of transportation logistics, certification processes, and possess excellent language skills in both French and English.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Waste Transportation Coordination: coordination the transportation of waste materials from client locations to appropriate disposal facilities.
  • Certification Processes: Manage and oversee the certification processes required for waste management activities.
  • Complinace Momnitoring: Monitor ans ensure compliance with waste management regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with waste disposal vendors, transportation companies and other service providers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and analysis on waste management activities, including waste generation, transportation costs, recycling rates and compliance metrics.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in waste management, preferably in a coordinating or supervisory role. Familiarity with waste transportation logistics and certification processes is essential.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of waste management regulations, including waste classification, packaging, labeling, and transportation requirements. Familiarity with environmental compliance and waste reduction strategies is desired.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to effectively communicate with French-speaking clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities is essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
